Book World Cup Round #1: 🇲🇽 Mexico

Round 1 for the Book World Cup is about kick off  For the first country we have 🇲🇽 Mexico. Thanks everyone for contributing suggestions for books. 

I settled on Like Water for Chocolate by Laura Esquivel. 

Other suggestions were Pedro Páramo by Juan Rulfo and Hurricane Season by Fernanda Melchor.

Let me know if you would like to join in for the fun and get in touch then we can get together in early August and chat about books by Mexican authors all of us have read.
